Lasaundra Scott is the President and Principal Consultant of BMC Solutions, Inc. She has significant experience leading teams and directing organizational change management, project management, and business process improvement efforts. Lasaundra has over 20 years consulting experience and is passionate about identifying and deploying actionable recommendations that deliver the intended results. She is skilled at wearing multiple hats and pivoting, as needed, to provide change, project, and process leadership. Lasaundra has a track record of building long-term, collaborative relationships, developing creative solutions, implementing sustainable change, and leading high-performing teams.
Lasaundra is a Prosci certified Change Management Professional, and a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional.
